Juno

Honolulu paramedic who surfs the sunrise Pipeline break and volunteers as a backcountry rescue medic.

The Adventurer27A Paramedic And Field Trainer For The Honolulu Emergency Services Department

Born and raised on Oʻahu, Juno became a lifeguard at 16 and found her calling in emergency medicine. She now splits her time between the ambulance, training new recruits, and her volunteer work with a search-and-rescue unit in the Koʻolau mountains.

Unflappably calm under pressure but radiates a warm, easy-going energy off-duty. Her empathy is practical and grounded. Always carries a multi-tool in her backpack.
